STORY / INSPIRATION
Medusa is a concrete-fermented Syrah that will stop you in your tracks! She's both beauty and beast with enticing floral aromatics of violet, rose and hints of sweet tobacco.
TASTING NOTES
On the palate, Medusa shines with raspberry, acai and red cherry fruit notes. Black pepper and umami cling to the back of the palate with firm tannins and a lingering finish. Perfect to pair with a soft blue cheese, roasted meats or wild mushroom risotto with fresh herbs.
